Fabyka is not liable for missing or lost packages once tracking shows delivered therefore we are unable to replace or refund these items. Failed delivery may happen when orders are sent to a place of work so be sure to check with neighbouring offices or residences as someone else may have signed for it on your behalf.
Please use the tracking number we provide to follow your order. Should you not receive your order but the tracking shows delivered, please contact the courier directly to raise a claim. Remember to check with your neighbours, building manager and mail room before raising a claim. If you are still unable to locate the package, please reach out to us and we will file a claim on your behalf. Based on the outcome of the claim, we may or may not be able to replace your order.
To process a return please ship your item to the address at the bottom of this section. Please write on your packing slip the reason for your return. Please ensure your item is returned in its original packaging with the barcoded bag. If you do not return your item in line with these instructions, return may be rejected.
We operate a 30 day return period from the date of delivery. After this time period our system will not allow your return to be processed. If you still return your item after the 30 day period, it will automatically be sent back to you. Returns postage is currently paid for by the customer, unless on the rare occasion our DC has sent you the wrong item. In this event, please reach out to email@example.com with a photo of your postage receipt and we will reimburse you for this charge.
Please ensure your return is sent via tracked postage, otherwise should your parcel be lost we cannot guarantee the refund.

All Fabyka pieces come with a Lifetime Guarantee. This entitles you to a one-time replacement of your piece should you experience any manufacturing defects. This includes, defective bail, defective clasp or stone faults.
Please note, this guarantee is voided under intentional breakage, water damage or fading due to wear. We are unable to replace your damaged item with another item of the or different value.
Please note, we can only replace your item like for like, we do not offer a replacement of any other item.

Due to the current COVID-19 climate and for the protection of our warehouse staff, items received will sit in a quarantine location for 24 hours. This will lead to delays in processing returns and refunds.
Depending on the service & country you're returning your item(s) with, it can usually take up to 15 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) to be delivered and processed by our returns team.
If your return is marked as delivered, sit tight! Our returns team will be in touch by email once the return has been processed to confirm your refund.
We currently offer exchanges for store credit vouchers. This is a quicker & easier process than waiting for your refund to re-purchase the item that you want. It also gives you the freedom to browse our website, wait for a new launch, or just purchase in your own time!
Remember to include your packing slip in the returned parcel, or we won't be able to identify your order! Please tick the relevant box on your packing slip to mark the reason for your exchange. Ship the item(s) to the address below and as soon as we receive and inspect it, we will reach out to you to inform you the store credit voucher has been applied.

We advise you to ship using a tracked service & make sure to keep hold of your proof of postage should this get lost in transit.

If your climate is humid, we suggest placing a small packet of desiccant crystals inside your storage area. Avoid storing the jewellery with rubber products and always remove your jewellery when swimming, showering, applying perfumes, colognes, lotions or other chemical products.
